Our stay overall was good! We enjoyed the property it had wonderful Amenities! The kids love the game room and we played outside as well. The staff was amazing and the holiday decor in the lobby was beautiful! Our only complaint was as a family of four we had to all share one bathroom because the other was not properly cleaned. We called house keeping but staff said we had to wait til next day because they had already left for evening! Hair was in clunks and it red and blond none of us could even possible be blamed for we are African American with braids! Lastly the pillows had the same red hair long strands. We did the laundry and washed it because the place came with washer and dryer! House keeping came the next day and she was not bothered by it much she apologized and said she would talk to her team about it. She grab the clunk of hair right of the shower wall with bare hands ran the water and left. I said oh ok….i said im a nurse so that’s beyond nasty to me! But we just told kids no one go in that bathroom and we bought cleaning supplies the next day and all still just used the other bathroom! Feeding the ducks and having back porch was gorgeous! No other issues properly is well kept. I believe just some team members slack and that’s all as for the cleaning cause clearly some of the team member cleaning because the rest of the property was beautifully well kept!

the front desk staff was friendly and welcoming, the grounds were beautiful, the suite was incredible: large, roomy, with all the kitchen and bathroom necessities for a great trip. great attention to detail. The kitchen was so pretty, with full size appliances. My teens really enjoyed their completely separate room, and bathroom. Our balcony overlooked a pretty lake. this facility is almost directly across the street from the Broadway at the beach attractions and wax museum. Would definitely recommend

We got very lucky booking our last minute stay here after we left the other place we were staying at (Kingston Plantation) due to a roach infestation. Sheraton Broadway Resort Villas is a wonderful place to stay with so much to do for everyone! Very clean villa, friendly staff, relaxing pools, putt-putt on site, and much more!! My grandkids couldn't get enough of the pirate ship!! Thank you for the wonderful stay. We will be back and highly recommend this place!!

The staff was always accommodating. My grandson locked one of the bedrooms doors and the engineer was there within 5 minutes to unlock the door. Also, my children and I did not quite understand shuffleboard and staff was very helpful and even showed us how to play. We really enjoyed the activities scheduled while we were there and participated in many of them. It was awesome!

We used to be Sheraton time share owners. Now retired and on fixed incomes we can not afford the maintenance fees. We have come to this resort for about 20 years and found we could reserve for a week at half of our maintenance fee! We enjoy everything about the resort! The size, the cleanliness, the friendliness of the staff and especially the little “tidy ups” on T, Th, and S!
